Vinification: One-third of malolactic fermentation took place in vats and two-thirds in barrels.
Aging: Wooden barrels for 18 months (75% new oak)
Tasting notes: The 2015 vintage is rich, ripe, velvety, and already has silky tannins. Dark fruited, with aromas of cassis, dusty cedar, and intense gravel, this wine is powerful and intense. Cellar 10-20 years.
