Terroir: 45 - 50 years old vines planted on 1.5ha of Schist, Granite, Manganese. Sourced exclusively from the Les Charmes vineyard, the highest altitude lieu-dit in the appellation. 

Vinification: Highly selective hand harvesting. Unfiltered and with no added SO2 during vinification Traditional, whole cluster fermentation lasts from 3-4 weeks in 2+ year old barrels.

Aging: Aged for 6-9 months in used oak barrels
