From the Alps to the Mediterranean, SFERA is a collaboration with small certified-organic farmers to bottle Liters in limited runs. This 'macerato' comes from Acquaviva delle Fonti, in Puglia.

Varieties: 100% Verdeca
Terroir: 12 year old vines grown in clayey silt soils at 1,148 feet elevation.
Vinification: Fermented with native yeasts, the juice spends 14 days on the skins in stainless steel. No clarification or filtration. 30 mg/L total added at the end of the fermentation and 30 mg/L at bottling
Tasting Notes: Juicy and fresh, this quaffer hits with notes of mandarin oranges, honeysuckle, fresh fennel and just a touch of juicy papaya. A perfect foil for spicy foods and hot days!
