Did you know that we typically consume red wine too warm? Red wines enjoy being served between 53-64°F (11-18°C). Chillable Reds can go a little chillier!
Storing Wine: 55°F is an ideal storing temperature, avoiding temperature swings or vibrations. Keep it dark, and store bottles on their sides if you can (especially if you're aging wines for the long haul). Wine fridges, cool basements, or interior closets of the home are great, especially if the humidity hovers between 50-80%.
