ARDOR is a 100% Chili Olive Oil from Brightland. ARDOR is lovingly blended with red chili peppers, jalapeno peppers, chipotle peppers, paprika and heirloom Frantoio olives which are cold-pressed by a master miller within 90 minutes of harvest.

ARDOR comes in a 375 ML/12.7 fl oz glass bottle that has been UV-coated to protect the chili olive oil from damaging light.

ARDOR's label was crafted in collaboration with New York-based artist Marleigh Culver, and was inspired by summer heat, dawn and dusk of Southern California, and the artist's Thai heritage.
About Brightland: Founded in 2018 by Aishwarya Iyer, Brightland's mission is to create authentic olive oils and vinegars that are never rotten, overprocessed, or fraudulent. With absolutely no fillers or artificial preservatives. Based in Los Angeles, they source their olives from small family farms around California.
