Vinification: Fermentation under controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks for
about 18-20 days with 8-10 soft daily pump-overs. Aging: Six months in stainless steel tanks, half a year in large Slavonian oak barrels and a few months in the bottle.
Tasting Notes: Classic, delicious Sangiovese Grosso! Medium-bodied with hints of tannin, and warming aromas of sour red cherry, red currant, hints of fresh tobacco, crushed tomatoes and hints of fresh rosemary.
