Grand Siècle is always a blend of three complementary vintages – one for structure, one for finesse and one for freshness. By blending these together, Laurent-Perrier is able to “create the perfect year” – one better than nature could ever provide.

Grape Varieties: 60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir from Grand Cru sites
Terroir: Crus: an assemblage from a selection of 9 of the 17 Grands Crus. Chardonnay from Avize, Cramant, Oger, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Pinot Noir from Ambonnay, Bouzy, Verzy, Tours-sur-Marne, Mailly.
Vinification: Vintages 2008, 2007, 2006. Reductive winemaking style, with stainless steel fermentation and base wine aging, avoiding light and oxygen at all costs. All LP champagnes undergo malolactic conversion.
Dosage: 7g/L
Ageing: 12 years
