- Vinification: Charmat method, stainless steel fermentation, bottled under pressure.
- Tasting Note: Brilliant pale pink wine. With a lively perlage and persistent foam, it has intense aromas of white and red flowers, apple, pear and hints of red fruit, such as strawberry and raspberry. The taste is fresh and on the palate it is pleasant and harmonious. Recommended as an aperitif, with hors d'oeuvres in general, and light fish first courses.

Clara is currently writing a new chapter in the lengthy family history about Prosecco, and she is considered the "daughter of art" of Antonio Carpenè Jr (1913-2010), who was a wine entrepreneur that played a significant role in establishing the Prosecco industry as we know it today. Antonio Carpenè Jr was the great-grandson of Antonio Carpenè Sr (1838-1902), who was the first to recognize the potential of the Prosecco vine and began producing Prosecco Spumante.
