Jacky is truly a master of his craft, producing Cabernet Francs and Chenin Blancs in a rage os styles from varied terroirs in the Loire Valley. Since 1989, he has had the village of Montlouis (just down the road form Vouvray) his base for winemaking. In the past 30 years, Jacky has gained profound recognition for his vivid attention to detail in his winemaking, coaxing out the essence the terroirs he works with. His low-yield, site-specific, organic Cabernet Francs are essential bottles to study (and enjoy) for anyone wanting to really capture the nuances of the Loire's major wine-producing villages. 


Farming: Certified organic

Grapes: 100% Cabernet Franc

Terroir: 35+-year-old vines planted in Clay and silex soil over pure limestone, with southern exposure.

Vinification: De-stemmed, Indigenous yeasts, Fermented and aged in a mix of cement and older barrels, Unfined and unfiltered.
