Terroir: The wines “En Champs” resemble those of the neighboring climate of “Champeaux”. Exposed to the sunrise, on a gentle slope, this climate classified as “village” produces a superb Gevrey. Their plot was planted in 1959, and is situated in in the heights of the village, between Gevrey-Chambertin and Brochon. Its area is estimated at 0.3 hectares.
Aging: Matured in partial new french oak
