- Farming: Lutte raisonnée (with organic and biodynamic methods)
- Variety: Pinot Noir
- Terroir: Blend of different plots from the plain of Volnay and Pommard. 20 to 50 year-old vines in poor soils.
- Vinification: 100% de-stemmed, indigenous yeast fermentation. Aged for 12 months in tank (60%) and older barrels (40%). Light filtration.
