Familia Mosso’s story begins in 1860 when Francisco Mosso and his family immigrated from Italy to Mendoza and became devoted to viticulture. They produced a Turin-style Vermouth, which years later became famous and gave immense prestige to the Mosso name.

- Terroir: Lunlunta, in Maipú, Mendoza, 2,821 feet above sea level. Alluvial, formed by sediments brought by the waters from the Andes, being of loam-silty to sandy texture. The gravel and stones below the surface confer to the soil´s excellent drainage, with a deepness of approx 80 cm.
- Vinification: Light crushing, classic temperature-controlled fermentation during 7 days, using selected yeast. Extended maceration of 20 days.
- Aging: 8 month in 30% new French oak, 70% neutral American oak
- Tasting Note: Intense and complex aromas of red fruits, which harmonize with vanilla and mocha with reminiscence of fresh plums. Full bodied in mouth, its flavors lead to a polished and lingering finish.
