Terroir: Drawn from a dozen different vineyards across Sancerre, varying in aspect and soil composition, including the hard, silica-based sedimentary rock (silex, or chert/flint stone), various limestone formations of soft, powdery chalk (referred to locally as grillot), medium-hard chalky limestone (caillottes).
Vinification: Fermented and aged in stainless steel
Tasting Notes: Clean, bright and classic, this Sancerre has aromas of chalky green citrus, white flowers and a long, zippy finish.
