- Farming: These own-rooted vines are organically farmed (though not yet certified).
- Varieties: 100% Falanghina
- Terroir: Castoro Jack Knife Vineyard within the Estrella Distriction AVA of Paso Robles. The soils within the vineyard are silty clay loam and have ideal drainage while the vineyard itself is planted at a 50% north eastern facing slope roughly 1200 feet above sea level. The temperature drops to the 50's each night and gets up to mid-90's.

Vinification: Full skin contact, the grapes, once harvested, are fermented entirely in terra cotta amphora, and spend 3 months on their skins before being pressed and returned to amphora for maturation. Unfined, unfiltered.

Tasting Notes: The wine is not only orange in color, but also smells like orange blossom and creamsicle. There is also an exotic Chai element present. The palate is structured more like a red wine with notes of pear, orange sherbet and chalk.
