- Terroir: Nightingale Ranch in the San Miguel District of Paso Robles AVA, sitting at 800 feet in elevation. The vines grow upon beds of Nacimiento complex made of silty clay loam.

Vinification: The grapes are de-stemmed and crushed prior to soaking on skins for a short period of time before delicately pressed via basket. The wines undergo native yeast fermentation and malolactic fermentation in neutral vessels.

Tasting Notes: Aromatically the wine lifts from the glass with yellow stone fruits and wildflowers, as well as a hint of fresh cream. On the palate, there is wonderful acidity, the pith of stone fruits, lemon zest with a salty finish.
