- Vinification: 10-14 days of skin contact, full destemmed.
- Aging: Aging takes place in stainless steel to preserve freshness, while allowing the wine to continue through malolactic fermentation to build more bodyweight in the wine.
- Tasting Note: Creamy while being very fresh. Early harvesting helps to preserve vibrant citrus acidity, lifting up green apple and pear notes as well.
