Terroir: From .7 ha of the estate's oldest vines. Red, iron-rich limestone-clay subsoils beneath limestone scree.
Vinification: Following total destemming, wine ferments spontaneously in stainless-steel tanks. Cuvaison lasts c. 14 days. Wine remains on its lees until assemblage prior to bottling. Spontaneous, in barrel following alcoholic fermentation.
Aging: 18 months in neutral 500-l demi-muids.
