 Melati Spritz

  • 1 part Melati Classic over ice
  • 2 parts tonic or soda water
  • Serve in a wine glass, and garnish with an orange peel.

Melati Gimlet

  • 1 Part Fresh Orange Juice
    • Dissolve a touch of honey in the orange juice in a glass or shaker.
  • Add 2 parts Melati Classic and ice
    • Stir or shake until chilled.
    • Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a twist of grapefruit.

Melati Espresso Martini

  • 1 Part Black Coffee
    • Dissolve a touch of honey in black coffee in a glass or shaker.
  • Add 2 parts Melati Classic and ice
    • then stir or shake until chilled.
    • Strain into a rock glass, garnish wieth orange peel
