Terroir / Soil: Located in the Lima Valley of the Minho region. Cool breezes from the ocean moderate the daytime heat. Soils are purely granite. The vineyards are organically farmed since the year 2000.
Vinification: Stainless steel ferment
Tasting notes: 2019 was a cooler year for Vinho Verde, producing bracing wines with tons of floral and mineral-driven aromas. This acid-driven white has notes of jasmine, wet slate, orange blossom and freshly peeled mandarins, with a saline-forward finish.
