Terroir: Located in the village of Ano Diacopto, on the slopes of Mount Aroania.
Calcareous, Alluvial, Loam soils. Elevation at 840 MAS with North-facing vineyards. The vineyard was planted in 1971, with many vines ungrafted.

Vinification: Handpicked, 100% destemmed, and fermented with native yeasts in steel. Undergoes malolactic fermentation.

Aging: Stainless steel tanks on lees for 4 months, with minimal sulfur
- Tasting Note: A full bodied white wine with aromas of melon rind, fresh blooming jasmine and a long, luxurious finish. Perfect with a salty baked feta topped with fresh herbs and a hard squeeze of lemon!
