The Cuvée Alice is The Withers first and only 100% Pinot Noir Rosé. It was made in honor of the birth of baby Alice, proprietor Andrew Tow's new granddaughter.

Vinification: Direct press rosé, fermented with indigenous. Fermented and elevage takes place in neutral large oak barrels.
