Terroir: Vineyards in the village of Ardoix about 30 km north of Cornas in the central part of the appellation. 10 and 20 year old vines on granite at 300m in elevation.
Vinification/Oak Usage: Hand-harvested, mostly whole cluster vinification in (1/3) stainless steel and (2/3) barrel at low temperatures, using native yeasts.
Aging: Oak barrels for up to 12 months
Production: 580-650 cases
