Monte Real Cuvée is the result of a long work to sort out the best plots of “El Monte” vineyard, so that wine lovers perceive their character and essence in every bottle of this wine.

Variety: 67% Tempranillo, 33% Graciano, Selected from the best four vineyards over four hectares; three hectares Tempranillo and one hectare Graciano. Vines are over 40 years old, low yield of about 4,000 kg/ha, grown at 450 meters above sea level.
- Terroir: Clay and limestone soils with boulders, known for naturally limiting production.
- Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation in 10,000-liter cone-shaped stainless-steel tanks using natural yeasts selected from the same vineyard. Followed by 25 days of maceration with the skins and malolactic fermentation in new French and American oak barrels.
- Aging: 18 months in 60 new oak barrels, half Appalachian American oak and half French Allier oak with medium plus toasting.
- Tasting Note: Deep ruby red, brilliant. Intense berry fruit aromas, blackberries and blueberries, integrated with spicy licorice and barrel notes of chocolate, toffee, and toast. Full-bodied, powerful, with fine acidity, and lingering flavors of berries, chocolate, toffee, and toast.
