Jean-Louis Chave Selections is Jean-Louis' négociant line which sources grapes from partner-growers, and represents a more accessible way to experience the wines of the Chave family. Make no mistake, these plots are hand-chosen and the farming is dictated by Jean-Louis and made with the same great care of the Domaine wines.

- Variety: 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre/Cinsault
- Terroir: 20-60 year-old vines in a blend of terroirs from the villages of Visan (clay limestone), Vinsobres (Syrah, 900ft altitude, limestone), Cairanne, and Rasteau in the Southern Rhône Valley.
- Vinification: Fruit is trucked up to Jean-Louis' Saint-Joseph cellar where the fruit is pressed and undergo fermentation in stainless steel.
- Aging: mix of new and old barrels, demi-muids, and foudre.
