Union Sacré is an homage to Alsace, France and beauty’s odd ability to build unexpected bridges. These wines are made for the tables of friends, by two friends, from different continents, Xavier and Philip, who arrived at the Central Coast from opposite ends of the Earth. Xavier is a WSET certified, oenology degree holder from France, Philip is a self-taught designer from Michigan who kind of misses living in a van.

- Variety: Pinot Blanc
- Vinification: Skin contact over night and pressed the next day. Fermented on thin lees for 2 weeks at 55°F
- Aging: Aged in 600-Liter neutral puncheons. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
- Tasting Notes: Cantaloupe, watermelon, peach skin,and white pepper.
