This expressive little sphere packs a punch! Beneath her wrinkly exterior lies a complexity not often found in such a young cheese. Wabash Cannonball is a petite but dense sphere of lightly-aged goat cheese that offers clean citrus flavors. Imitating its European cousins, this cheese is dusted with ash and develops a delicate, wrinkled rind.
It pairs amazingly with high-acid whites and a Rustic Bakery Crackers, or a little sweet Moscato d'Asti and some Friends in Cheeses Jam.
