- Farming: Organic farming
- Variety: 100% Syrah (avg 40+ yr old vines)
- Terroir: 7.5ha hectares on pure granite slopes of Saint-Joseph.
- Vinification: Grapes are harvested by hand, partially destemmed (up to 20%), grapes are lightly crushed before fementation starts spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in large open vats, with pump-overs or punch-downs twice daily for up to three weeks.
- Aging: Wines age in large foudre and demi-muid for 14-16 months, with two rackings. Bottled unfiltered.
