Vinification: All fruit is manually harvested parcel by parcel and pressed in Verzé. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeast. The wine goes through 100% Malolactic fermentation and ages for 15-16 months in tank.
Tasting Notes: The Mâcon-Verzé is a wine of great purity, both floral and mineral, expressing a lively energy, ready to be enjoyed earlier than the wines of Puligny-Montrachet.
