The family home, Chateau Khashmi, is a family winery located in village Khashmi, Lori Valley, 35 km from Tbilisi, Georgia. They make wines using old Georgian tradition, which is dates back 8000 years. Andrias is winemaker George's young son, who is also featured on the label.

- Vinification: It's made in Qvevri with western Georgian traditional vinification method, with 20% skins contact for 3 days, and several weeks of maceration on free-run juice. Punch downs at east every 3 hours during active fermentation to prevent pomace from drying, oxidation, and to cool down the fermenting juice.
- Aging: After fermentation completes, wine is stored and matured in ideal and steady temperature conditions, in Qvevri (underground amphora vessels) for at least 1 year. Bottled without any additives or sulfites, without clarification or filtration.
- Tasting Note: Aromas of peach skin, almond white pepper, roasted quince, and paraffin. On the palate, the herbal notes are rounded out by tannic fruit flavors. Grippy tannins on the mid and back palate. Flavors of roasted peach and quince, with notes of almond paste, citrus peel, peach skin, and some roasted pineapple.
Serve at temperatures between 50°-54°F. At this temperature this wine is opening perfectly and expressing itself very well. Please store wines horizontally, in a dark, cool place. This is an amber (orange) wine that is unfined and unfiltered. That means that during storage appearance of sediment is to be expected. Appearance of sediment does not mean that the wine is spoiled or its quality is reduced. Sediment is a result of physical and chemical processes that goes in wines during ageing process.
