Vinification: Manual clipping of the vines. Hand-picked grapes. Whole cluster
maceration in concrete vats. Fermentation under native yeast without addition of sulfites. Vatting from 12 to 14 days in gridded vats under CO2. - Aging: Aged for 8 months in neutral oak. Light filtration.
- Tasting Note: Well balanced and floral, this medium bodied wine is aromatic and berry-forward with hints of tannin.
